1. General Information
By placing an order with The Baoli Ltd on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
These terms and conditions may be subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Orders and Payments
All transactions are securely processed via Stripe, and your financial information is not be stored.
Your payment is made to The Baoli Ltd.
3. Delivery & Shipping
a. Dream Book
Important: All book orders placed from December 22 through to January 7 will be dispatched and shipped from January 8.
Maximum number of books you can order is 5 copies.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
All UK shipping takes approx. 2-3 working days. All International shipping takes approx. 4-10 working days. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.
Customs charges: If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and custom taxes, which are levied either before or after the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that The Baoli Ltd. has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable before you place your online order. You will be the importer of the goods and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you the customer.
We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
b. Dream Art Prints
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
All UK shipping takes approx. 2-3 working days. All International shipping takes approx. 3-10 working days. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.
Customs-Free UK & EU delivery: We have production in the UK & Germany. This means art print orders being shipped to customers in the UK or EU will not face additional customs fees or import charges.
We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
c. Dream Print-Your-Own 2024 Calendar
Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to download the file. The link will expire after 24 hours, so be sure to download and save the file to your computer within 24 hours! If you can’t see the email, please check your spam / junk folder first or contact support@michaelaolexova.com.
Download and save the file for your personal use only. All artwork is subject to copyright and any reproduction, use, re-share and re-sale of this artwork without permission will be infringing copyright.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@michaelaolexova.com to start the return, exchange and refund process.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
A refund will be issued within 5 working days of receiving your returned item(s). Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges and you are responsible to cover any return shipping fees, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
Refunds do not include any import duties or custom taxes. Additionally, refunds do not include any shipping cost should you fail to pay the import duties or custom taxes, resulting in your order being returned to us.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Dream Print-Your-Own 2024 Calendar: Due to the digital nature of this product and your instant access, we're unable to offer refund and all sales are final.
Dream Art Prints: As the art prints are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on the art prints, unless the item(s) arrive damaged or it gets lost.
The Baoli Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
6. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties other than our suppliers who are responsible for processing and dispatching your orders.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the michaelaolexova.com website are the property of The Baoli Ltd. and Michaela Olexova and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Baoli Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
