If you've been following me for a while, you know that I'm a self-proclaimed stationery junkie! Never having enough planners, scrapbooks, journals, cards, stickers, sticky notes, and the list could go on....
Call me old fashioned but there's a beauty in grabbing a pen (or pens of different colours even better) and writing or scribbling things down. Whether I'm scheduling events, to-do-lists, thoughts, intentions or creative ideas, my brain seems to be responding much better that way.

There's something profound and meaningful when you express yourself in writing, recognising that you really mean what you put down on paper. It's a promise, from the first thought to the end result.
That's why when we want to make a progress in life or business, it's so important to make a note of it and stick it right in front of our face. It's our daily reminder - make a promise to yourself, stick to the plan and follow up!
We're pretty good in making plans, setting goals, new year resolutions and day dreaming but we're often not that clear or good at releasing things, habits and patterns that no longer serve us - but need to be removed in order to grow and move towards our desires.
To create abundance, whether it's love, happiness, finances or health, you have to be in peace with the past. And by that I don't mean forgetting your past, I suggest forgiving, accepting and being grateful for all - good things that made you happy or bad experiences that gave you a valuable lesson.
